It is a guided assessment and planning process that puts the person and the business in the same conversation: twelve areas rated honestly, one obstacle identified beneath the symptoms, no more than three outcomes over ninety days, and a weekly review that compares what you committed to against what actually happened.
There is deliberately no combined life score. A strong business rating should never be allowed to hide a serious family concern.
